“We are in our 70's and totally ignorant of how to sell old gold jewelry and we had heard the horror stories. We were a tad nervous about the process. Per their website's request we made an appointment with a very nice man named Jeff who helped ease some of our fears. When we got there, we were immediately greeted with a smile and welcomed. Because we had an appointment, there was no waiting. Everything, and I mean everything, was upfront. The procedure was explained, prices were posted, we could see the scales. Anything rejected was explained why. There was no pressure to sell after the offer was made. We did sell to them and left feeling wonderful and well informed. It was a great experience. We would recommend them to anyone.”
