My husband and I went into the Jared store in Tualatin, OR at a minimum of 8 times over the last month looking at watches. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable about every type of watch in the store but were also fun to work with. We went in only intending to buy one watch and walked away with three. Other jewelry stores had staff that were either really pushy or had super sleezy salesperson vibes. Everyone I interacted with here was genuinely very kind and helpful and knowledgeable, and it just was like a way better experience than any of the other jewelry stores we went to. Which not only made me feel comfortable buying there and from her but I was pleased with my purchase. I can’t say the same from the first time I purchased there. For Mother’s Day weekend there was another young lady help us because she was the only one there. Her demeanor was in the contrary, not welcoming, looked annoyed at us and when I asked to look a different earrings she was very unpleasant & made our experience felt rushed as she didn’t want to deal with us.
