Well I open my account with them and loaded money on and they told me to wait 7 business day I asked for a temporary card and they said they dont give temporary cards, so i waited for my card to arrive and after almost 3 weeks I called keybank and they told me they never issued a card for me thatvi needed to go tonthe bank and get a temporary card and they can issue a new debit card?. Now I start work before bank opens and get of after it closes it so hard for me to make it to a branch. So ?

I stopped into this KeyBank location to pull some money out of my account, I was promptly greeted and assisted by Teller Heather. The branch itself is a little tricky to get in and out of off Highway 99, it is clean well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. I'll be in next time I am in the area.

I have banking with KEY BANK over 30 years, despite changing a management they are one of the best in NW. all in this location are good. Thank you for the great service’s you provide to me and public.

Ricky at the Tigard branch did a fantastic job helping meet our needs. He was friendly and kind and took care of business!Johnny, another agent at the bank was awesome. He remembered me and that was very special. Great team guys!

Working out in the road highway, I bank with them and I needed to use bathroom, No public restroom, public? I have an account with you guys. Will be looking for a new credit Union, to bank with. So if someone needs to use bathroom, while they are at your branch, opening up an account or something, where are they gonna go? Outside? It’s a joke.

Atm ate my deposit. Was told I had to wait until money was pulled in 2 days and they would call. It's been 10 days and been in twice and each time told I would receive a call and nothing. They admitted to the problem and found the deposit but still havent credited my account. If say you are going to call then call. If you have the money I deposited then credit the account. Now I have to go back again to wait around while they figure it out and tell me they will call again.

Stay away from this bank!!! They will screw you over like they screwed us over. Our account was closed for no reason at all. This was after confirming multiple times the account was properly setup and setting up direct deposit and transferring into the account. Do not trust this bank. They will steal your money and close your accounts. I have never in my life seen a bank as unprofessional and ill intentioned as Key Bank. The worst!!!!!

This atm ate my card while I was making a cash deposit, I have never had my card taken and now have to wait until the branch opens tomorrow, and had to file a dispute regarding my deposit since it didn’t provide me a receipt for my transaction.

I have been banking here for awhile now. And these guys are amazing!! Love them all. Everytime I walk in its like walking into my extended family. They are all so kind and full of love. I appreciate there service they give me and how they are all so willing to help me out. They have positive attitudes to help each other and others to get through this rough time we are going through currently. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I have been doing business with this branch for over 20 years. The current branch manager and the tellers are the best ever in that time. Never have I been treated with so much respect and friendliness. They are always there to help with any questions that may come up over the course of doing business with them.

They are not as friendly as other banks. There is a cold atmosphere when you walk in. Someone needs to remind them its called customer service! Update: 4/18/19 I will be taking my business to another branch the branch manager when I contacted her sighed the whole time we talked she sounded annoyed that I could ask her such questions. She was very rude and treated me with such disrespect! They will no longer have my business. And if you value your money I suggest going to the sholls ferry they are way better. Tigard branch you all need to be coached on how to treat people that come in to your bank!!!:(

This branch has zero idea how to do a car loan. The registration process and customer service is ridiculous! They have us running all over the place doing the paperwork that they've promised to do, that's part of their process and job! It's been two months and they don't return calls, we have to physically go in and talk to people to attempt to resolve anything.
