This was my first time shopping here, and I can't say enough kind things about the quality of merchandise and outstanding customer service. I found a billing error once I got home, and all it took was a single phone call to the store (thanks, Donna!) and everything was taken care of. I will shop here again!

I had an order issue that had no shipping update for 3 weeks and Donna was there to help me process a refund on my lost order. She took care of everything and was very helpful and followed up with me on the refund. She is the nicest!
