On Monday, Dec 9th, Hailey assisted me over the phone, and took time to be thorough and supportive in changing our auto policies. She was incredible. She deserves not only our heartfelt appreciation, but commendations for her efforts and a HEALTHY financial increase going forward.

We really appreciate the ability to reach someone for help when we need it. The office personnel have always been courteous and kind but also competent! That's why we don't shop around for "cheaper" alternatives.
