Thomas is great! He is the manager of the Tigard location. Had some trouble with the website and main phone contact. Also access code to the building. Solved and so far so good.

I had the best experience renting a storage unit here, online and in person. Great rat e, and a great location. Very secure, clean, and easy to navigate. Thomas was a wonderful person to work with and very helpful.
