“My favorite Nordstrom in the entire NW. Despite moving to Arizona, my wife and I coordinate all our shopping through MATT T. In Men’s suits. He’s a throwback to the golden days of Nordstrom, where if he doesn’t have what you’re looking for, he’ll hunt it down. Best customer service employee in almost 40 years of shopping at Nordstroms!”

“Shop for cookware only to find everything for family needs at low prices. A great store for beding, shoes but the perfumes selection are not quality like past.”
“We enjoy shopping this Macy’s location. I picked up 6 new pairs of nice quality shoes (mostly Clarks). My wife also picked up a few great outfits for a great price.”
“This store always has what I'm looking for! A little bit higher prices but very good service. I didn't shop in the children's clothing department and there were 3 ladies talking (workers) at the shoe department. I asked them to help move a couple of carts out of the way and one turned around and moved them, then turned back and kept talking with all their backs to me!! How lazy and rude!!”
“Great customer service overcomes problems that might occur with a product. In this case, Robert, my sales guy at the Tigard (OR) Macy's Furniture store, provided stellar service even though the mattress didn't work out. He worked with and for me to get me the best deal and the best customer service. For that reason alone, he ensured I'll go back to Macy's in the future for furniture.”
“On my last several visits, I found myself waiting a long time at the locked display cases with no one available to help, which was frustrating. I understand staffing can be a challenge, so I wanted to mention it in case it helps improve things.”
“First of all if I can give Nordstrom at Washington Square a 10 I would! Diana in the kids car seat department is an amazing soul! She did not up sale anything to me. I made the choice to switch my Maxi Cosi to a Nuna on my own. She went far and beyond for me and my child. W came from seattle visiting my Inlaws. I was not even looking. I had a few concern coming down here with my current car seat. I am so happy I met her. She is so knowledgeable about all the baby car seat, stroller etc... She doesn't bullshit to make a sale. She really cares about the babies safety. I LOVE that about her!! PLEASE LOOK NO further! Go to Nordstroms for all your baby needs and ask for Diana!! 10 star service!!!”
“This is a very large Target with ample parking. Great selection of travel toiletries and over-the-counter meds. Self checkout was quick and easy. They supply paper shopping bags for a fee.”
“Nicest Walmart experience in Portland area! After shopping at the two Walmart's on SE 82nd for years, I'm absolutely amazed at how much cleaner and better organized this store is. It was hard to believe it's a Walmart! For the first time ever, I purchased lots of gorgeous produce: cherry tomatoes, lemons, limes, sweet peppers, carrots and fresh spinach. All looked great! I felt safe shopping here as opposed to the SE location which is sometimes sketchy. While here I perused the housewares, paper goods, and seasonal departments to check out the inventory. And picked up some Avia brand leggings and workout tops, all fashionable and between $12.99-17.99. They are fleece lined and feel so good against my skin. Perfect for walking in this current cold weather. Used the self checkout which was huge and well managed with 3 reps who were quite alert, helpful and friendly. The Front doors have large in and out arrows to keep people socially distanced. Sanitizer is available. Huge parking lot right out front. Curbside pickup offered for online purchases. Overall a very nice shopping experience. I will definitely be back! Who, knew?”
“I went there for magic cards. Their selection was poor. The rest of the store was great. Must have been an off day for them putting product out. Several empty places where the cards I was going to buy should have been.”

“Very good with assisting you with your prescriptions. A few employees working the counter, however, could use some lessons in Customer Service. I am thinking of one gentlemen in particular, but I will not name him in this review. I do know I have heard other customers express displeasure as well about that particular person. Sadly, that gentleman seems to probably work full-time as it seems, he is always the one at the front counter. Everyone else there has been wonderful. I do think the time it takes to prepare prescriptions that are sent in by doctors could also be done in a more timely manner. It seems the most prescriptions unless they are sent in as urgent are put off until the following day most of the time unless you call and request that they fill it that day if possible. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I have never had an error done on any of my prescriptions. I also like the fact that I can get a prescription delivered as well if there is no way, I can get there to get it. There has been a lot of improvement lately. So thank you for that.”
“for a $5 membership fee you can go to this store that has clothe, shoes, some foods, drinks, lawn equipment,
electronics, household items and more.
The staff is A+ every time we go in. This is how a business should run.”
