“Exactly as advertised and more fun than I expected:) I'm 49 years old and my mom (72yrs) wanted to take me, my twin sister, her sister (71yrs) and childhood friend (72yrs) for a light-hearted bonding experience. Most of the theme specific clothes (i.e. Star Trek, Doctor Who, etc) r only available online which was a little disappointing but it also forced us to be creative to create our own unique outfits. The store can be overwhelming because everything is so cute and it's hard to pick the one critter or teddy bear that's going to be your buddy. However, just letting your inner-kid out and immersing yourself in the experience was fun. The staff were friendly, helpful, and didn't make us feel weird for being there. They explained each step and gave as much or as little guidance as requested. It's not a low cost excursion but it feels like u r getting a well-made unique product while creating a treasured memory. I will probably never do again for myself but would take young family members in the future:)”
“Fine. Staff doesn’t really know what they’re doing or want to be there, but it’s a bit of a sleepy store so I get it. Return was handled v easily and well.”

“I do love going to this location. The staff is always super helpful. I came to get a gift for my sister and ended up getting a couple things for myself also. Of course, I also filled a box from the pick a brick wall. Such a great value when you pack everything in tightly.”
