I had a problem with ordering a bear online. When I went in-person, the staff were super helpful. They were able to get my order sorted out, and were very understanding. I was very pleased with the building experience. Website aside, I enjoy the people who work at their stores.

Kathie and her team (Sel) were amazing with us. We lost a family member and they patiently helped us record their last heartbeat into a bear for us. Very warm and welcoming environment. 10/10 would recommend.
