“Ownership takes immense pride in providing a clean and customer friendly environment. The machines are new, well-maintained, and provide an exceptional service of cleaning and drying your clothes. I appreciate the many options to select from 18, 30, 45, 60, and 80 lb machines to wash even the largest loads. I highly recommend this laundromat. In my opinion, you won’t find a better option in the Portland metro area. Stay clean with Metromat Express!”
“I really like this laundromat. I’ve been to several others, and this one is definitely my favorite. The prices are very affordable, the machines look new and work great, and the inside of the washers is always clean. I keep coming back here again and again because the experience is consistently good.”

“I had 6 pr. of jeans hemmed and they are perfect. The hem looks like the original and I had the $15 hem not the $25 and I am so happy with results. Highly recommend alterations and cleaning services. Their prices are also affordable compared to other places in the area. Also the date of completion was fast and not call first, they give you a firm date. Can you tell I've been elsewhere?”
“I have been coming here for years and didn’t know that in order to drop off my laundry. It had to be prepaid. There is not an option to pay at pick up. I think that should be noted on the door.”

“Great laundromat! It’s always clean and has a welcoming, family-friendly vibe. The staff and owner are wonderful, and their wash-and-fold service is top-notch. The equipment is reliable, customer care is fantastic, and they even have a nice vending machine if you need a snack while you wait. Highly recommend!”
“6/15/25: Thought I'd try washing my clothes at a laundromat. I picked this laundromat and was very happy with my choice! I felt safe. Lots of friendly people! ?
Lots of washers and dryers.
➡️ Please note that the washer and dryer have different size capacities to accommodate your clothes; and the prices for the machine may vary. Do not overload the small machines, or else you may need to wash twice.
There's a change machine to give out quarters for the machine, soda pop machine, and candy machine.
There's no vending machine for laundry detergent, so you'll need to bring your own❗️
There's limited seats and 2 long tables to fold your clothes on. There are a few laundry carts on-site, so bring your own laundry baskets.
* washing machine (uses quarters only):
- The small washer starts at $3.00, which runs for 25 mins.
- The larger washers start at $6.75 - $9.50 per load.
* drying machine:
- I did not use the dryer but was told it cost 25 cents per 5 mins.
- If using the larger dryer, then $3.00 - $6.00 was enough to dry your clothes. It depends on the number of clothes you have.
Overall, this laundromat was clean and can be very busy. I went on a Sunday afternoon and was very lucky to have found 2 empty washers.
This laundromat is located in a perfect spot. There's other restaurants next door and within walking distances. There's plenty of free parking. I grabbed a drink and food next door while waiting for my clothes.
I am very happy with this laundromat!??”

“I walked into THE cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been.
The machines are various sizes, clean and great quality!
I met the owners and they were very helpful, kind and friendly people.
When you need to use a laundromat I highly recommend this Flex Wash laundry.”
“My first time here and I am very happy with the washing machines and dryers, the washing machines spin so fast that it almost dried my clothes and the dryer starts off at $1.50 and with one cycle my clothes were super dry, the attendants keeps the place very clean, this part of the neighborhood isn’t the best but the laundromat was very clean and tidy, now the super star of the whole establishment is a wonderful lady named Nora, she was very helpful, polite and friendly and talking with her just made this place very easy to go to over other laundromats, I definitely recommend this laundromat.”
“Ben, owner, met me at the door(door you need to have a code to enter because of so many break ins/theift so you call a # to get code). Super nice, friendly and walked me through the whole process(being in my late 60's it was a new process). Last time I used a Laundromat was when leasing an apartment prior to buying my next house(and that was in the complex).
CLEAN/EFFICIENT and BEN was quite the host!
I would recommend this place to everyone!
5 STARS FOR SURE”
“This may be the smallest, dirtiest laundromat I've been in, and I've been in them all over the country, but the machine performance and costs are excellent.”
