“I went in to ship a couple of boxes and when I got there, there was one clerk and a line of people. Despite it being later in the afternoon, and temporarily working solo, Mandy was wonderful. She had a big smile, an upbeat, chipper attitude and she was very friendly and helpful. Her co-worker arrived just as she was getting to the end of the line.Mandy was very efficient and knew how to do her job well. And she greeted many customers by calling them by name. “First let me start by saying Elyssa is the absolute bright spot at this location. She is always friendly and helpful. There are a two other employees there that have poor customer handling skills. Those two employees actually argue (I’ve witnessed it) with customers and act as if they are an inconvenience. On a positive note: the manager is also quite nice as well. The business has convenient hours and is open Sundays too, which is great for me.”
