“We have used this facility for many years and has always been a positive experience. The staff is great and the units are great price. If I ever need storage again, this is where I will go.”
“Didn’t know what to expect when change of ownership happened. Delighted to say not only is there not a huge, noticeable difference from before, which I liked very much. The complete understanding of changes and working with customers to get their storage needs met while getting excellent customer services was a huge sigh of relief. Alisha was amazing at assisting me with the app process for easier communication to specific location. Alisha also was so kind and patient in answering all my questions & concerns. I left much more pleased than I expected. Just kept a customer and with much gratitude! Thank you!”

“I had a respectful conversation with the manager Carrie & owner Austin about renting a unit. While we ultimately weren’t the right fit, I genuinely appreciated how willing they were to listen and communicate openly. This facility clearly prioritizes maintaining a safe, family-oriented environment, and I respect that commitment. Thank you for your professionalism Troutdale Storage!”
