“We've rented and returned U-Hauls here a few times and always had a good and smooth experience! Never had any issues with their trucks in comparison to past experiences with other U-Haul dealers. Our last experience was with Kelly (apologies if her name is spelled differently). Loved her personality; her description of insurance covering a million dollars in damages translating to being covered if we hit a Lamborghini cracked me up! When we returned the truck, she was considerate and asked if we wanted to reserve a truck for next week (we mentioned in the beginning that we planned to make two trips with a U-Haul in our move). I decided to visit the office at this location to ask why and start the move out process. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Lillian who listened to my concerns and explained why my rate increased.
