“Austin hooked me up with some great retro games today! There was actually a pretty nice stock of games from various consoles, many in fairly good condition. Will be checking in with them again soon, and also will stop by the Salem location next time I'm in town”
“Went to sell a piece of jewelry that ended up being fake, not the point. There was some creepy old dude inside that kept staring at and following me and my girlfriend around the store, something I was totally oblivious to. The clerk who was helping us earlier handed me a note informing me of this, and told us that we were welcome to hang around until we felt comfortable enough to leave. 10/10 customer service and I wasn’t even a real customer. If nothing else I recommend doing business here because you can rest assured that you will be dealing with very professional, thoughtful people who truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive environment. Wish I remembered to get the guy’s name, but thank you anyways kind stranger!”

As I needed a replacement. This pawn shop was beyond gracious, but was so super helpful, and so efficient. They took real good care of me and met my needs. I walked away a very ‘HAPPY CAMPER’. “I was really impressed with the teamwork I saw in this store off of McLoughlin Blvd in Milwaukie. They were pretty fast as I was a first time customer and thought that it would be a while. Shawna completed first time loan very quickly and would follow up with me now and then throughout the whole process and that was assuring and helpful as was her positive demeanor. I would say I would have walked out of there in pleasant spirits whether I was accepted for the loan or not.”

I thought it MUST be some long time unwritten rule that Pawn shops MUST adhere to a certain ‘temperament’ and ‘script’ shall we say, that can be quite unpleasant and abrasive! I cringe internally, even when driving by a sign that says ‘Pawn’. Until coming here that is! Staff is friendly, polite and very informative-and no shenanigans! “I normally don't go to pawnshop anymore besides FFL transfer thru Tigard Pawn. These people might fall short in some areas but what I see is they are trying to do their best in in tough times to help people that in need of quick cash. I have nothing against buying low and sell high because that is how business revolves. It is up to you if you want to pursue. Other than this, I see them very attentive and they will serve you in the best that can even at times they are short handed. I will definitely always go back here because I don't see any dishonesty at all. These people are highly recommended by Northwest Firearm and other Portland groups.”
