“A bit low on stock, but the staff was helpful as ever. I wanted 3 pairs of boots, jeans and a summer cowboy hat. All not in the store stock. We worked out a plan to ship what I need based on the answers the staff provided.

“My girlfriend and I came in for the fit experience and Naccari completely blew us away. He took us both through the foot scanning process and was incredibly insightful, breaking down exactly what our feet needed. He completely changed the game for me by showing me that I've been wearing the wrong shoe size my entire life and that a 4E width was the way to go. He also walked me through the compression socks and insoles, clearly delivering the benefits of everything I tried on. Crucially, he never felt like a shark salesperson—I never felt pressured to close or buy anything on the spot, just genuinely educated. Not only does he really know his stuff, but he’s also incredibly personable and made the whole experience awesome from start to finish. Store leadership needs to give Niccari a massive shoutout—he’s an incredible asset to this team!”

“This shop rocks ! Highly recommend, you got to check it out ! The layout inside and selection is stellar, super clean, organized and easy to see what your looking for. Great gear selection !! Employees are super cool, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't even know about this place after 25 years in PDX. I found it while searching for the best price on a certain Patagonia bag that I wanted for so long on Google and was going to order online from somewhere that had the lowest price. Well low and behold !! This shop had the best price by far on sale, brand new and in the color I wanted. Only $64 compared to $85 other places. Then the cashier surprised me with another 10 or 12 bucks off for being a Veteran ! Out the door for $54 baby !! Sweetness abounds my friends =) So yeah the item I wanted was right here in town where I live in a super cool store I didn't even know about lol. No waiting a week for shipping and higher prices. Win ! Check this place out. Lots of great merch and cool employees who know their stuff !!”

“Okay, I've finally figured out that the reason I can't find Merrell outlets all over Portland is because there are Columbia outlets everywhere, instead. The deals I got here made me just as happy as the deals I'm used to getting at my favorite Merrell outlet in Folsom. I got two pairs of waterproof nonslip boots for work-- one Columbia and one Sorel-- both for $55. I had almost purchased a similar pair of Columbia boots at DSW for $70 a few days ago, so I ended up being so glad I held out for a better deal. They had so many good deals at this outlet, it was literally overwhelming. They had an entire floor of clearance Columbia and Mountain Hardware jackets. I also noticed a huge selection of PFG gear. I'm not into fishing, but I like their lightweight long sleeve sunblocking shirts.
Customer service was friendly, one of the employees was also a seasonal national park worker, so we ended up talking about that a little bit. Overall a great experience and I would definitely shop here again.”

“I had a great experience with Maple Boutique! I was honestly a little hesitant to order at first since I hadn’t heard of them before, but I’m so glad I did. I ordered a Kate Spade phone wristlet in the Razzle Dazzle color, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
