The level of incompetence was stunning. I attempted to purchase a new iPhone Pro this afternoon. The young woman that was helping me didn't fully explain the process and I assumed that I should have know that it would take 1-2 hours to update the operating system and transfer the data from existing iPhone. When I tried to explain the need to manage customer expectations she was insulting and quite rude. T-Mobile lost a $2,200 sale as a result of her incompetence!

Jorge was the rudest person and told me he does not work in customer service he just sells products. I went in to pay a past bill because I switched to xfinity mobile and he couldn’t help me Because I can’t remember my pin. I have talked to 3 different people and T-Mobile from customer care and no one can help me.

Terrible experience where they send you to people who have no idea what they are doing for ,3 hours but don't want to hold for 5 mins while I look for something. Your program is horrendous. Will be switching

I needed a new line transferred from Cricket.... It took 5 minutes, once I picked out my phone! Iphone 13 27.00 a month and 10 a month to add the line $37.00 totally, I could have got a free phone but, and only paid $ 10 more a month but, you know its worth it!

I was trying to trade my paid-off phone. S21 ultra at the Tualatin store. I was the only one in the store and I was guaranteed to get the deal to get an iphone watch with a trade-in for free. I was told by Sam it didn't exist. Before I came I already talked with corporate and came in the day before. The deal was recognized and I was told if I came before 8 pm I could get everything done. The next day I came into the store and the two employees were both on their phones no other customers were in the store. Employee Sam was the one who was supposed to help me and refused to do a data transfer from an Android to an IPhone. He said it takes too long. As I was picking my watch out I asked the other employee Abram if he could get me the watch to look at. He said he would get the watch then went back to a desk and played on his phone. When I saw Abram I asked to see the watch Abram said Sam was helping me and shrugged his shoulders. I was told by Sam there was no deal and I could do the transfer myself and send the phone to him. Then Sam proceeded to tell me to open a new line and pay full price for both the phone and watch today. My phones paid off and I have the deal but both employees were very rude and told me to come back tomorrow. I am a cancer patient and I told Sam that it's hard for me to keep coming back. I was at the store with plenty of time to do the transfer even if I didn't get the watch. I thought T-mobile was better than that. I can just go back to Verizon at least I get my deals and less rudeness. I'm disappointed and would not recommend this store to anyone.

Needed to get a new phone and add a new line to my family plan. Abram was quick to answer all our questions and set everything up in less than an hour. Very easy process. Thank You!

If you need assistance from T Mobile, go see Brent in Tualatin. He assisted me in finding an updated phone, as well as transferring all of my data from my old device. Very engaging and professional.

I’ve been having issues with my phone for the past 2 days and I had been in 4 times within less than 24 hours and was helped so kingly by Seamus and Jorge! Seamus spent about two hours on the phone and even remained after close to make sure my phone would be back up and running. I’ve genuinely never had such a good experience in my life, he was so kind and thorough throughout the entire process. This man deserves a raise! He stayed 45 minutes past close just to make sure I’d have a form of communication until corporate figures out why my number isn’t working. He went above and beyond to make sure I’d at least have a working phone for the meantime. I wish there was a better way to thank him! I hope his manager see’s this :) thank you!!

I went in to get a new phone, they said they had no new phones except the two most expensive ones but sent me to where they had one somewhere else. When I got to the next door they laughed and said no. You don't have phones here either!Had been with T-Mobile for 15 years and that was the last straw.

I would give a no stars if I could . Sam is the worst. His answer is to call customer care . I was sent to the store for a call to customer care. He is untrustworthy. I asked for a manager or to call customer support and he refused. I will never go toThat store again .

Just a quick shout out to Seamus and his amazing customer service. He was very understanding, patient, and went above and beyond to clean up the mess that T-Mobile created when I tried upgrading my two lines to the new iPhone 14 Pro Max over the phone and tried adding an Apple Watch Ultra. Took multiple visits and many long phone calls from Seamus to HQ before we could clean that mess up and get my bill back on track. Appreciate you man and everything you did. Hope this gets to your superiors and recognize you and your 15 years of service. You’re the reason I stick with T-Mobile. Word of advice, skip the app and phone support. Go straight to your store to get stuff done, despite the occasional wait.
