now an address to the public! having to rent equipment to perform moves and deliveries is almost always a hassle but the mcewan staff is so calm, professional, helpful, and even funny! they always engage, they aim to please, and they make it beyond pleasant... an entirely stress free experience.
do yourself a favor - next time you need a rental... go out of your way to rent from this location. you wont be let down.

We went in there with a general need with very little specific knowledge and Amanda immediately corrected her staff (who were also delightful, just less knowledgable) and went out, checked my vehicle and immediately knew EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR OUR PURPOSES. She was amazing and so personable and helpful. Highly recommend!!!”
“I have used Uhaul for many of the about 25 moves in my life. This latest one has been particularly challenging for a number of reasons. Sherry went the extra mile with my reservation today. The online service for picking up my truck was not working. She not only helped me do what I needed to do, she noticed the truck that was assigned to me had a lock on the door that wasn’t cooperating, so she found me another truck. She was so kind, empathetic, and had customer service in every word and every action. Thank you, Sherryand thank you, UHaul for hiring her! I appreciate you so much!”
“I did my rental totally on my phone. Had minimal contact with the two people that I saw working there, and they were running around like crazy trying to help the three other people who just walked in wanting to rent something. Unfortunately it’s the same old story, why hire three people when we can run two people ragged. Not always the best strategy for good customer service. So I’m probably being way too generous with my five star rating. At least I was in and out very easily.”
