We went in there with a general need with very little specific knowledge and Amanda immediately corrected her staff (who were also delightful, just less knowledgable) and went out, checked my vehicle and immediately knew EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR OUR PURPOSES. “Of all the Storage places I've had it's one of 2 of my favorites. The manager and staff are very nice and helpful. The location for me was convenient because it is right off of TV Highway and bus stop at the intersection. It's just over the railroad tracks. For those familiar with the area, you know those tracks are very close to TV Hwy.”

Service at both pick up and drop off was friendly, professional, and efficient.The pick up location along the mural blocks near OMSI/Water Ave was very convenient for downtown access and the actual office was very clean and clearly well maintained. *Yes, it is an area with frequent transient activity/ encampments so I wouldn’t leave your personal vehicle there, but using basic awareness and social-respect measures it’s not a major issue or reason to shy from this great location.”

“I had a great experience with this U-Haul. We needed to drop off a truck and storage very last minute and they were able to handle everything. I wish they had larger storage options available. (The biggest was a 10x10). That being said I really apricate the help and that things like the lock were included. The storage complex is climate controlled and indoor. The staff is a pleasure to work with. The complex itself is very clean and kept up.”

“We picked up the trailer and was asked to look for any damage which we did. Then I got in the car, he checked the lights in the back and we took off. When we got to my location to load up my storage unit, the whole back of the trailer was full of mud and piles of mud and empty dirty boxes. And then I noticed that one of the brake lights wasn't working.I have rented from them a few times and I've never had this problem”
