I recently visited this branch for the first time. Rachael was amazing! She was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. I have personal accounts with several banks and have never considered US Bank because of poor service. That could change if you keep hiring people like Rachael.

Went it for a quick deposit and everyone looked miserable, one of the ladies had a resting B**ch face and wouldn't smile to any customers. She called me forward and I chose to wait for another employee to help me. She gave off a very bad vibe and attitude. Short hair at the end of teller row.

I showed up at exactly 6pm, and despite a large line of people, they had locked the door so nobody else could get in. Lame!
