I can move my money freely between accounts without fees or charges, and the staff has always been incredibly helpful. I recently had to deal with pursuing a chargeback for $1,200 on my debit card, something I was told by other people would be impossible. Rivermark fought for me and I got my money back. I’m only knocking a star off because they outsource their fraud detection overseas, which can be cumbersome to deal with.”

“If you have perfect credit, you're not gonna understand my gratitude for this location. Of course, my credit isn't great and my job has not yet set up direct deposit so I have a paper check I have to cash drawn from Wells Fargo. It's been a few years since I've had to go into a bank and cash a check but it has never been a fun experience. Since I'm an adult, nobody understands why I can't just deposit it into my bank and normally bank tellers will make me feel like a complete loser because I don't have a bank account and then they will push a bank account on me hard-core they will ask me for five pieces of ID fingerprint before they cost find charge me to cash app but it's the Teylar does it do it for me!”
