“The click n ship option in the website was not accepting enterprise cards for over a week. I had 59 packages to mail for a fundraising I did for the Alzheimer’s Association. Because I couldn’t use my company card online, I had to go to the post office. I felt awful for one person to process them all, but Bryan did not rush me or made me feel like a pest. He patiently worked through all 59 packages (all with different addresses) in 20 minutes! He warn me that the printer could overwork itself and jam which would cause him to ask me to do the rest on the self service kiosk. Luckily, we made it through with a smile on our faces. I have never had a better experience at a post office!”
“I am not completely satisfied with my mail /package delivery but I know post office in West Linn is relatively good in contrast to other locations. Don’t dis-encourage hard working postman, be nice and help them do better. At least, all employees here in West Linn location are super nice and friendly, eager to help.”

“I've had a PO box here for a couple years. Super convenient 24 hour lobby, means I can go check my mail on my schedule.
I've done passport services here as well. The staff is great. Joy is amazing. She's fast and friendly.

“I think service here can be hit or miss. But this depends on what time of day you go, and keep in mind that they seem understaffed most of the time.
The times I’ve visited I had no issues with staff. All friendly and curt as usual. Just had to handle the typical wait times.
Quick note! If you’re here for fingerprint services, they open at 9:45am. And whether the device/system works smoothly is a roll of the dice. The past times I’ve done this the machine would be temperamental. So if you come for this, expect some delays.”

“Considering it’s is a post office, which are all overworked, under resourced and highly utilized…this location is doing great at handling challenges with skill and customers with grace. I go a couple times a week to ship packages and have appreciated my experiences even when it’s busy. The staff are helpful and friendly I actually enjoy stopping in and seeing them. When you interact with workers (or leave reviews) try to maintain respect and empathy.”
“Love the self service kiosk. Saves so much time.
I’ve only had to stand in the godforsaken line twice, before that was installed…or before I realized it was there.
Also a drop bin for labeled packages, and letter/flat drop box.”
“Went there today 1/12 at 1205. There was 8 people in front of me. I waited 5 min to get served. The person at the counter was nice and fast. I was out of there shortly after. Great experience!”

“I had a issue with a package that a mom and pop usps store had sent for me - somehow off of my printed address label - to dunkirk,oh , the woman got canby, OR. My fault for not checking but I had handed her my address label - anyhow - Chris (don't know his last name) at the canby, OR location was able to watch for my box and told me he would call me when it came in as undeliverable since the address didn't exist - he called just now and it is on it's way back to me!! Thank you Chris!! You are awesome!!

“I stopped in to mail pygamas to my grandsons in Seattle. I needed a mailer too, for them. Yuhnan (excuse the spelling) was patient and very helpful. The PO on 90th is peaceful, clean, fully stocked, and everyone who comes in mentions the gentle atmosphere. Its my all time favorite post office.”
