“I do 30% of my shopping here, 20% at Costco and 50% at Freddy's. We make a ton of pizzas for friends and families and for our particular needs, Chef's store always has a wide variety of pizza cheese, blocks of romano and parmesan, fresh crispy Romaine lettuce, half gallons of heavy cream, bags of jalapenos and cilantro, bags of pizza flour, and large containers of condiments like pickles or Mayo are always a better price here than other stores. They will also have items that Costco doesn't carry and generally in the same price range that Costco offers. They supply a lot of restaurants and food trucks in the area. Easy parking, easy to get in and out, and usually very little wait time to check out. If you have the freezer room to put a box of puff pastry sheets in it, the price blows Fred Meyers out of the water.”

“Just so you know.... I don't drink beer or wine or cider. I just don't like the taste. Well I was at industry last night and I saw that they had your ruby red grapefruit cider, I wanted to try it because I love anything grapefruit. Wellllll, let me tell you, I'm OBSESSED. It was seriously so so so good. You have now made me a cider fan!! And I tried the Strawberry habanero and blackberry lime (I think that was it) and they were incredible THANK YOU for making such a good cider.”

“I am honestly surprised by the negative reviews. Has anyone visited Rite Aid, Walgreens, or Fred Meyer lately? Those pharmacies are understaffed majority of the time. I happily switched from Rite Aid to this location; even when there is a line, it moves quickly because there are usually two or three technicians working the registers.
I also noticed a negative review regarding Summer, which I find entirely inaccurate based on my experience. I have been going here for 2 years now, and Summer always welcomes me and remembers my info, which makes everything so much faster.
I am not a fan of the parking here but if you are going in and leaving after your prescription refill, it's not too bad.”

“After using Fred Meyer pharmacy for years, I’m so mad we don’t change sooner. Costco like everything else they offer is so much more efficient, they answer their phone, and are always friendly. If you’re looking to move away from a grocery store pharmacy, I would 100% recommend Costco. The 3.5 star current rating doesn’t do them justice.”

“Zach at the Tire Service Center did a fantastic job for me. It was a walk-in appointment, but it was handled promptly. Zach corrected diagnosed the issue, and suggested a sensible and appropriate repair (a different shop elsewhere had recommended a repair that was more expensive, and somewhat dubious). Of course prices for tires and parts at Costco are usually excellent. My car was quickly fixed and I went on with life. If only every trip to a car mechanic could be this good. Two thumbs up.”
“I've been a member over 2 decades and traveled across America, had a hand full experience with costco tire service. By far this was the best experience, must go see KEVIN. He is very experience, professional, knowledgeable, approachable, shows enthusiasm and brings great sense of positive energy. He educated me a few things about the tires and how to mantain them ( no average guy). The team all stepped in and helped with my long on going issue with the tires not feeling balanced from highway driving/ sound and unstability. Kevin and team quickly identified the issues. I had installed these tires purchased from costco years ago at a different location in Boston, afyer a few attempts to resolved the issue from Boston (where it was purchased) they claimed to have fixed the issues but not entirely. At No cost this location in Oregon, even after my warranty expired, they came to the rescue and did not judge me. Very happy with service. I can tell by observation while I waited outside, the team was very organized and had a positive effort moral. Thank you Kevin and team at Costco.”
“I am giving five stars to Cody the Staff Manager who apologized for the way I was treated by another manager and the person working in returns when I visited the Tigard Costco Warehouse recently to return two items. The details - At the beginning I informed the person helping with the returns that they would go back on two different cards. I did not know that Costco provides one receipt even though the refunds were for two different cards. When I said that didn't work for my record keeping the response I received was that I didn't tell her I needed two receipts. I asked who could help and she called a manager who seemed to yell across the counter at me and was not helpful. I then asked for the next level of manager and that is when I was able to talk with Cody. Costco Corporate - If you monitor these reviews please consider addressing the way the employees who have direct contact with customers interact with them. When I can I drive farther to the Wilsonville Warehouse because it is almost always a more pleasant experience.”

“I needed petrie dishes for a time sensitive project. After I discovered another large supplier in the area didn't have the listed items in stock, I tried Nurnberg. I was willing to take only half the number I wanted, but then Abbie managed to locate a second sleeve, and even gave me a warning callback when she discovered they would be closing an hour early! Amazing service and, I should add, less than half the price per unit I was quoted elsewhere.”
