“Had to bring my cat in for an emergency and was amazed at how speedy, and compassionate, everyone was. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and helpful, the techs and vets were great at explaining things. And despite already starting the ultrasound on my kitty when she decided to throw up what was bothering her, I was refunded the cost of the ultrasound. I am so grateful for the care my cat received here and if I find myself in an emergency again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.”

“Dr. Long and his team are the best vets in town! They are all super nice, know our dogs, and have a great care plan for our puppies, which gave us huge peace of mind and saved money. I am always shocked when I call them and they know our pets and situation right away. We have small dogs which they care for very well, but our friends with giant dogs love them too and referred us to Dr Long. As an added benefit, they were much more affordable than other vets I had spoken to and always got us scheduled so quickly when we had a need. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet.”

“When we reached out to Dr.Hays about our 19 year old cat Linguini we were unsure about knowing when to call her to come. She sent us information about quality of of life and a pain scale which was so helpful that when we made the call, we felt peace with our decision. Having her come to our home was the best decision! Linguini was terrified of going to the vet and we did not want our fur baby's last moments to be fearful. Dr. Hays was so patient with all my questions and let us know what to expect during the process. Her calm and kind manner made the worst day a little more bearable.”

“The staff here are amazing. We are here from out of town and forgot our dog's medication at home. Even with overnight shipping, we would still be several days without the medication. The staff got our dog's information from his vet back home, saw us the same day, and gave us a similar medication to cover us until his regular medication arrives. This saved my husband from having to drive the six hours back home (12 hours round trip) to get the medication. We could not be more thankful!”

“After a couple of months of no improvement for our dog Mia from our regular vet, we went to Alpine Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Barton took his time and explained in great detail what was wrong with Mia. The previous vet said it was "Arthritis". Turns out they were completely wrong it was cancer. While we are devastated with the news it helps knowing what is actually going on. We will now be using Alpine Veterinary Clinic for our future needs.”
“I can't say enough great things about High Desert Veterinary,Dr. Tony Otto, Dr. Brent Post and their office staff. From the moment you call into them with a problem to the time you leave with a recovering pet, you feel that you are the only one they've treated that day. You are not a number on an invoice. They help you with a sense of urgency, are knowledgeable and competent in diagnosing the problem, always involve the owner in the discovery process so no surprises for treatment costs, and have a compassionate bedside manner. Annual routine treatments are handled in the same manner. Dr. Brent Post recently treated my dog Zoey for a Racoon bite. He was amazing to work with. My twin dachshunds say it all, they never mind a trip to the Vet.Extremely happy customer since 2016.”
“Our puppy got one of those circle chews stuck on his lower teeth and under his chin. They were so good to him (and us).. Had to sedate him to get it off. They explained all charges and procedures thoroughly and didn't release him until they were sure he was going to be OK. I have a wellness plan through them. They are consistently efficient and caring.”

“I was annoyed that the new male vet said he would charge for an annual exam, which he did. I don't feel he did so. I called to set up an appointment for my girls shots and found out Lacey would be seeing a Tech. I'm concerned about this because I wanted to discuss some things with another Vet.”

“I had to take my pup in to get a growth removed on his back. Everyone was very nice, and was happy to answer all of my questions regarding diet, fleas, allergies, even though that's not what we came in for. The procedure went flawlessly. My dog usually gets very very nervous at the vet, but here, he was actually excited to go in, and went with the vet to the back (without me) with zero issues. When we returned to get his stitches removed, he acted the same way! He had no issues recovering, no infections! For such a sensitive boy, I was shocked at how happy he was to be there. Dogs can sense evil, and he didn't sense one bit of evil in this office ? this will be Apollos forever vet ❤️”
“We are very happy taking our dogs to Riverside Animal Hospital. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the doctors have been awesome. We have a dogs with an extreme level of fear and we have all be able to work together to take care of him there. I would definitely recommend. Their customr care to their Dr. Assistance are outstanding and very attentive to your needs as well as for your furbabyies. Now as for the Veteranarions I believe that they are in the tops of their practices and they don't come any better. My many years of repeated business is a testament of the amazing care and love that has beengiven to my most precious possessions can never be understated. I'll never allow another vet except in an emergency situation) to treat my furbabies.I believe that their that good and stand behind them ?. If you're in need you only have to experience them once and see for yourself, since you apperianly are in need of good vet what do you have to lose? In my experience it's what you gain when you're truly happy with the results when you finally find what you're truly looking for..”

“Dr. Shaw and his staff are all very knowledgeable and kind. The office is calm and friendly and such a welcome change compared to other chaotic front waiting rooms we’ve endured. We went specifically seeking acupuncture for my 13 year old dog who wasn’t tolerating medications prescribed elsewhere. I am so very glad that we did!
