“My apartment managers are miserable sad people who had my car towed instead of calling or emailing me. BC towing only did what my apartments asked them too. They were accommodating to my situation. Helped me tow my car because it wouldn't start. It was a terrible day made slightly better by the staff here.
I do request everyone who reads this to help me with wishing my apartments managers also have an unexpected big bill to pay a right before Christmas after a rough year too please and thank you”

“This is the best towing service hands down! They got me off the side of I-5 within 35 minutes of my roadside assistance call, at 5 pm! How did he do it?! Couldn't tell you. Magic I guess?? Then when we got to the dealership and it was closed they dropped me off at home, took my car to their lot, and towed it to the dealership in the morning. Mind you, their lot is in Salem and my dealership is in Canby. The driver was polite, friendly, and SO helpful during a stressful time. Could not recommend this company enough!! The next day when I called dispatch for updates it was the same kind and quick service I got the day before. When the tow operator dropped my vehicle at the dealership I was not available to be there but he handled it seamlessly, as if I turned the car in myself. These guys are the real deal!”
