Quality Inn Umatilla - Hermiston is a clean and well-maintained hotel that offers good value for its price. The rooms are spacious, with some featuring nice amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers, and in-room extras such as an additional sink. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, especially the king-sized options, and the overall cleanliness of the space. The hotel provides useful amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and laundry facilities near the entrance lobby. The breakfast includes waffles, bread, bagels, potatoes, eggs, and a selection of juices and cereal, though some found it lacking in variety or quality. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that coffee pots are filled regularly and providing friendly check-in service. Guests enjoy the pool, which is clean and relaxing, and note that the Wi-Fi is good enough for gaming. However, being an older property, some rooms may lack modern updates, and there are no elevators. External noise from the hallway or nearby areas can sometimes disturb sleep. The location is convenient for travelers, with easy access off the freeway and nearby golf courses, though dining options are limited to local bars or nearby eateries. Overall, it’s a decent, budget-friendly choice for travelers seeking a simple, clean stay.
Very big room. Very clean and quiet. Close to the River. Breakfast was very good and had variety. This is a nice place. We have stayed there a few times.

Very comfortable and breakfast was decent! Only complaint is that there was no EV charging… when we had been told over the phone that there was.
