The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hermiston Downtown by IHG offers a comfortable, clean, and beautiful stay for travelers. Despite being fully booked, the staff, especially Kora, were kind and helpful, accommodating guests who needed a place to wait after an accident. The young lady at the desk was polite and courteous, recommending a great dinner place and providing a shower curtain when needed. The breakfast was praised as really good with hot food, and the hotel's walkability provided easy access to great food options nearby. The rooms were clean, updated, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Guests particularly appreciated the well-stocked little store and the overall amazing experience, looking forward to staying there again while traveling.

Noe at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my reservation. He was very dedicated and detail oriented in helping me. He deserves a raise. Truthfully could not ask for better service.

Could have a better entrance for traffic entering from west bound Hermiston Avenue. Great, clean, and spacious rooms. Wonderful and delicious breakfast every morning and in the evening there is cookies and milk
