Place was clean and smelled nice. Seems to be kept in good order, and the lady that checked me in was friendly enough. Good rate on the rooms too. Came with everything someone would need. Microwave, mini fridge, you can do laundry near the entrance lobby.

We've been staying here on and off for 4 years, and now we have to be careful and check our bank account when paying them. They've been overcharging us all the time, either for extra days or for dirty or broken things that have always been that way and smelled like that. Outside the parking lots and the pool there's a nice green lawn full of dog poop. Let's hope they change the blankets because there's dog hair on the bed.

Very nice king bed, but there was plenty of noise just outside of our room in the hallway from a bunch of immature idiots, probably drunk, who wouldn't let us sleep. People like that should be kicked out and not allowed to return!!!

My family often uses Quality Inn, and in general, we love them. This was the exception to the rule. From the outside, this place looks like an old motel, from the inside...it is just as bad. The real clincher was that the bathtub drain and faucet didn't work. We have two small kiddos who needed baths, and I had to hold a cup over the drain and run the bath with the shower head. We reported the problem and were told nothing could be done until the manager came in the next morning at 7. But at 7 (and 8), there was no manager.
To top it all off, breakfast was powdered eggs with American cheese, moldy oranges, and stale cheerios. If I was staying at a motel 6, I'd understand, but for a Quality Inn, this was disappointing to say the least. I'd save your money and skip this place. If you're going to get cheap truck stop motel accommodations, you should only have to pay for a cheap motel.
One other note: the wifi is so slow as to be almost nonexistent.

Breakfast was included with the cost of the room and not very good needs improvement.
The room was huge and had basically no furniture, the air-conditioner was noisy, the bed was advertised as a queen and was only a double.
Hotel needs upgrading.

Room was great, the breakfast was ok not much to offer, but the biggest issue was the internet i needed to finish my schoolwork online and the Internet was horrible they need to upgrade their internet sistem other thing I just got is that if you get a room they won't charge you until after you leave i asked them and they said they charge as soon as you get the room and i should be ok and since i mostly keep my money in savings it went to negative after they told me i was good their communication not good

The rooms are very clean. I love the shampoo and Conditioner and Lotion dispensers. They’re absolutely fantastic. The staff was very friendly. The only reason I gave three on service is because I asked for a handicap room with two beds and I got a regular room with a king bed so i had to sleep in the same bed with my daughter it didn’t kill me, but I would rather have had my handicap room with two bed beds. I couldn’t shower because it was not a handicap room. The coffee was fantastic. They have a pretty good selection for breakfast. And the pool was very clean and 😎 relaxing
