“I came in with a concern with my radiator reservoir in the mid afternoon. Kyle did a quick assessment. With his findings, one of the people was willing to stay a little late to make sure that we got the situation under control. It needed to stay overnight, but I know that as busy as they were, this in itself was a great concession. They were able to get the new radiator and installation before end of day the next day. Kyle was very thorough in his explanation and pricing options. I am incredibly grateful for their willingness to make sure I was safe on the road.”
