My car battery replacement ended up being more difficult to fit than expected, but Brett didn’t rush, didn’t get frustrated he went above and beyond to get it done right. You could tell he actually cared about helping, not just doing his job and moving on.
It’s rare to come across someone who’s not only skilled but also just a genuinely good person. Brett made a stressful situation way easier, and I left feeling really taken care of. And strangely, I walked away happier than before even after spending money on a new battery (which no one likes to do lol)
I really hope management sees this because he absolutely deserves recognition whether that’s a raise, a bonus, or at the very least company recognition. Employees like him are the reason people come back.
