“She did her job. Not a very personable employee... Maybe just having a difficult day. She did her job, I was in & out in a timely manner! Yes, I will go back.”

906 Pacific Drive, Hammond OR 97121
“She's an awesome person. But this office is only open from 10-2. And you can't really buy anything there. But you can pick up your packages if the guy hasn't decided to send them back.”

“If I could leave 10 stars I would. Sure, cash is annoying, hours may not be the best but Karyn is a gem. Karyn, I have wanted to write a thank you letter for a long time. My kiddo sent a letter to Santa, and much to our surprise and delight, Karen sent us back a letter to the parents and another letter from Santa in return on the most beautiful Santa stationary. Never, would I get this from a large USPS facility but a small USPS outpost, gave us the gift of a little holiday magic. And for that extra dose of kindness, she will be remembered for a long time and deserves to be recognized.”

750 Commercial Street, Astoria OR 97103
“Before visiting to drop off a postcard on a Sunday, I checked out the USPS site to determine if this location has a self service kiosk. There isn't one near for several towns radius. The lobby was open for me to drop off my post card. It's a beautiful lobby and it's was easy to find the mail slot inside.”
