“I drive a lot for work and have visited thousands of convenience stores because of it. Some regularly some not, this is one of my regular stops because it is close to home.
The staff here is something special. I am fairly certain that I have been served by every employee at one time or another.
They all care, and it’s frankly baffling. They all care about the store and they all care about the customer experience, even when I can see that they’re stressed or busy I feel cared for as a customer.
The store itself is always exactly what you expect the 7/11 experience to be and then some, no matter how many customers, no matter what time it is, no matter what shenanigans some customers might be getting up to.
To everyone who staffs and leads this store, thank you. You are truly special.”

“I wish there were more stars than just 5 for Standard TV and Appliance. I picked the wrong size appliance and through the whole process of dealing with the staff I was treated with the utmost grace and professionalism. I was granted permission to return the product even after scratching it up a bit in transit. But the evening before the scheduled pick-up a neighbor walking her dog stopped to chat. I felt obliged to tell her why there was a refrigerator on my front stoop and she asked if she could buy it from me. OF COURSE! And again, Linda in Customer Relations was understanding and polite as I cancelled the return while offering her best regards. Thank you Standard, you are the best!”

“Using the curbside pick up is a dream. They have four clearly marked spaces out front when you arrive. You notify them in which space you’re in and then they generate a code. That’s unique that you share with the person that comes to your car. You can even select which door of the car you want them to drop the pot of carpet. If you need to make a return walk in and immediately make a left there is typically an employee at the front able to direct you as well seamless we experience highly recommend using the pick up option.”

“I have an old Korg MS-20 I bought in 1981 that needed to be restored (since it sat for a couple of decades in an attic). Synapse Audio did a great job. I got it back cleaned and restored and it sounds as good as it did on the day I bought it. I would absolutely trust Synapse Audio to repair any device. They know what they're doing and clearly have a passion for vintage gear. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“The two gentlemen at this location, Malachi and Brogen, just save me $200+. I was having an issue with charging cables not staying in the port or charging. They spend 20+ minutes diligently cleaning out the charging port. Ultimately it seems a tiny rock or piece of metal was obstructing it. I'm a truck driver and absolutely need my phone for GPS, so they were real Lifesavers! Thanks guys, you both deserve a raise!”

“First time getting a phone and data plan in the United States of America. Metro is amazing since no credit check, mostly. It does depend on certain promotions and deals if you need something specific but so far not much hassle. As for staffs, they are kind and patient, but it would be better for there to be two or more employees. The time I visited was Friday which means it is more busy yet there was only one person available at the store, it was fine since I am very patient.
I'd recommend to call Metro by the phone (If possible) since certain stores may have only specific phones in stock so keep an eye for that. I also wanted an A36 since I recommend those who needs a phone to do many things to choose it or even A37 but they aren't that much different. I can only recommend A16 or A17 for basic uses, since they are slow and can stutter occasionally.
Anyways, the store itself was clean and maintained properly. Could use more staff members than just one person. Wish that Metro would supply their stock more often since most might only have A16 or A17 when it comes to Samsung, unsure of other brands. Overall, it was good. Not perfect but good.”
“I give 5 stars for Rashawn who tried helping me get my transfer pin. My phone wasn’t reading my SIM card anymore, and I decided to leave metro and go to t-Mobile instead. Though the 611 guy wasn’t helpful to either of us at the store I was able to figure it out at home. But Rashawn deserves a raise! In the hour I was there he sold and helped connect a new line for someone. Spent about 2 hours total trying to help an older man who needed hearing aids and was easily confused, which ended with the old man frustrated and no real resolution. And then while still trying to help me, a random drug user came in and asked for change for $10. They deal with a lot at this location, and 611 is not even on their sides to help them. Poor Rashawn probably couldn’t wait to start his weekend.
The direct manager Saul was no help either, it’s almost more rude to have Siri ask you what you’re calling for than to just send the call to voicemail yourself. I’m sure if Rashawn had better help and management he would’ve been able to help me fix the problem quicker.”
