“This review is about ten years overdue. I bought my first ever turntable off eBay. A Setton TS-11. Now I don't remember what I paid for it but I bought it knowing it needed a new belt. At the time I lived about a half mile away. It wasn't far but it meant walking up and down a couple of hills. Oh yeah, I didn't own a car at the time. So I walked it over there and asked them to take a look at it for me. I knew next to nothing about turntables. I don't remember why exactly all the back and forth but I believe I carried that turntable between the shop and my home three times altogether. In the end, they got it working beautifully. In addition to fixing my turntable, they sold me an old radio shack mixer and helped me troubleshoot my audio setup at home. Both the turn table and mixer continue to work perfectly to this day. “Over the years I have had Stereo King do several projects for me. Before Christmas this year I contacted Anthony with an upgrade for our truck. I dropped it off the next day. I basically gave him a “budget” and an idea but free rein to do whatever. We tweaked our original plans to make it bigger and better . Corey did a phenomenal job! Anthony was so helpful for my non electronic self, stayed in contact the whole time. When I picked it up Corey came out we went through what we did to make sure I was happy before I even entered the store! Those two are the absolute best and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I would never go to anyone else !”

“I just want to start with the cleanliness of the store! I swear I’ve never walked into this location and it’s been dirty. They stay on top of the store looking neat and organized. Staff it’s absolutely amazing super friendly super attentive and well educated on the products they are selling! “Bill, Brent, and Josh have been the best group of guys a home owner could ever have to work on their home. I manage this property and have used them for years. I used a company originally 8 years ago in Medford and they were hopeless and now out of business and not a shocker. This team has rewired, and put in the correct smart home equipment and we've never had any more problems. Today we are fixing the theater and now this house system will be amazing. I'm just saying if you live close to Oregon or have the funds they do travel and you will not be disappointed.”

“I’ve gone in to this T-Mobile store twice in the last month, and both times had phenomenal customer service. I originally stopped in to see how much a new phone would cost and was assisted by James and Isaac J. They ended up helping me figure out something on my bill that had been an ongoing issue for 14 months, that I had asked about at 3 other stores but hadn’t gotten a resolution. They spent over an hour on the phone with customer care with me to make sure I was taken care of. When we were ready to purchase, we bypassed the store near our house to return to Oak Grove since they had been so helpful. We were assisted by Isaac W and the district manager Chris, and we recieved some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. They spent time making sure we were getting the absolute best deal. I will probably never go to a different at T-Mobile store and will drive out of my way to come here. The staff will give you one on one attention and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could, thank you all so much!!!”
