“Went in for the first time a while back ,just wanted to test the waters for the most part gold buyers are there for one thing making money and lots of it at your expense. Then I met the owner tossed out a few test items I knew there value, waited for some lowbal ofer and the I almost fell over ,he offered me what was almost spot for my gold that's unheard-of ,this guy is the best and fairest buyer you are ever going to find out there hands down. I wound up selling almost everything I had been holding on to, he paid me as much as I could have expected by selling it on my own. Thanks for being the stand Fair and honest guy that you are.

And they saw what I seemed to be liking and then brought over a purse they thought I’d like. It was perfect! “I can’t say enough good things about Scott from Ari Diamonds! After looking at the typical Shane co. ETC places me and my fiancé were referred to Scott and I’m so happy we were! Going in we were a little hesitant because we had now clue were to start and I’ve always thought a custom ring would be way more than the pre-made brands. Boy was I WRONG!
From beginning to end they were so honest about every step. I’ll take you through the process that we went through.
We went to the store(I had a couple designs in mind). Scott sat us down and drew out my top two options. We went to his computer and looked at diamonds. He priced out the two different designs, and told us EVERYTHING! From the diamond price, to how much platinum needed, and his hourly rate. Once I decided what design I wanted he went to work right then and there! He made a 3-D image of my ring within 15 minutes and I approved of that first design. He later sent me the second round of a more detailed 3-D image where I decided that I wanted to update it and he made that so easy to do. I came in the store 1 week later where he had the model printed and the diamonds ready for me to look at. I got to feel and do one last final approval before he got started. Once that was done he had the ring completed within 2 weeks.

Their customer service was amazing, I was looking for a rose gold chain 20 inch to replace the one I had that was damaged, and tangled from a different store. I needed it to wear my beloved pendant from Tiffany’s. Both women working were incredibly helpful, and had exactly what I was looking for. The chain I got is beautiful. At a great price. No other jeweler even came close to the quality, and chain that I got from them. Plus my old chain they untangled for me, I believe it was the owner, volunteered to untangled it for me, no cost, and gave me a pouch to store it in. I’m highly impressed. From here on out I go there first.I recommend you do so too, they do not disappoint.”

My daughter, son-in-law and I all wanted a high end rings made containing the baby's ashes and her birth gemstone. Dean worked patiently with each of us to design our rings. He arranged for my daughter, son-in-law and me to place the ashes into the rings' chambers ourselves and then sealed them while we were in his store.
