The people there are very nice and very helpful. I was there to get a piece to repair a pendant and they took the time to open packages to make sure i was getting the correct item. Go there before you buy anything online! I'm a very happy customer.

I wasn’t sure what heaven might be like but this place feels pretty close. I came here from out of state expecting a regular old bead store but this one is very well lit, lots of variety, clean, friendly staff with lots of knowledge, and well stocked! Every crafter/beaders dream come true 🥹💖

Excellent and knowledgeable customer experience. Repaired my necklace within days! The lady was very attentive and answered my questions. The process was easy and not overwhelming. They had a huge selections of beads and the customer interaction was quite an informative experience. I’m very satisfied with the work!
