My rent was raised an astronomical amount, when I went in to speak to someone about my options, the front desk lady immediately put a hold on the rental increase for three months. I appreciated that. “Gentle John's is a wonderful company. We had a pleasant and smooth experience beginning with the intitial consultation with Andy over the phone to the amazing move of a heavy electric reclining couch and loveseat set from an apartment to our home by
Luis and Eduardo. These guys were prompt, careful, efficient, funny and friendly. They moved the new furniture into our home, put it together for us, (the backs had been removed) and assisted my husband in removing our old set. The old loveseat went into my husbands truck for the dump and the old couch went down to our barn. Luis and Eduardo even carried the couch into the barn for us. A pleasant day and experience working with this company and these two men. Gentle John's is also very reasonably priced in comparison to other moving companies as well.”

“Kelsey and Jerry were very helpful. They are thorough in explaining the process to enter and exit the storage areas my sister and I needed to rent recently. They were kind, attentive and courteous. The storage units are clean, secure and safe. When I brought a truck full of my sister’s contents to transfer into the storage units, Jerry was there cleaning the unloading bay. These folks take great pride in their work.”

“This exact location iswhere I would only use for storage. There's a man there who showed me true compassion as well as a problem solver. But heres the thing he helped in a way that his hand was out for me all I had to do is get up and meet him half way. He was a teacher and then I went out and saved my storage unit. He didn't have to do any of the but when you let go of ego and say I need help real people can see that. His name is Kelly Smith. I didnt know himand had my thoughts about him, he showed me that hes a real man and for that im truly grateful and I hope I can have his integrity one day. Thankyou Kelly you're a amazing man !!!”

Got a good unit.. forgot to purchase a lock on my way, they had one available for sale on the spot.. large unit large enough to store work supplies and smaller vehicles, actually looks like you could fit a minivan if it’s empty or packing things against the walls..”

“My girlfriend and I have been renting space for years (9+) from this location. the management and team are so wonderful. We have changed sizes of storage need on a couple different occasions as our family grew. They run a great place for all that is happening with the houseless and rodent problem in this area. Always clean and if you have any problems they definitely address it with the quickness. As long as they are there we will stay. We where going to change locations for storage because of previous management. But when this team was implemented we gave them a chance and then decided to stay. One amazing team they have there.”

Cody at the 68th, Tigard location explained in detail my options which led me to the location on Atlanta due to availability. Both facilities are spotless and easily accessible. I appreciate the extra security of passcode entry. Great service, location, and security.”

“Been storing my stuff here for several years. I'm rating 4 because the staff is great and always friendly. Shawn went out of his way to help remove a charge when I moved from one storage to the next and I accidently used my old code to my previous unit before it was deactivated which led to another monthly charge on my old unit. The system wouldn't let him change it, so he went out of his way to contact district management to get the problem fixed and reverse the charges. He didn't have to, he just did. I would give 5 stars but the only thing I'm not real happy about is the prices increase every 6 months or so. So over time the unit price becomes more difficult to afford. Other than that, I appreciate the facility and how secure it is. Plenty of monitoring of use and cameras. I am worry free about my things being tampered with. I especially appreciate the climate controls and cleanliness inside.”

“This is the ABSOLUTELY BEST storage facility ANYWHERE! I will NEVER use another facility. I've had storage units with them for over 5 yrs now. The father & daughter that manage this place are heaven sent! There not like public storage (quick to auction off your belongings)! They know life happens.... & in my case, they were understanding & patient!!! The prices are great, the property is always clean, the location is great, the property is secure, & they do have a restroom on site. As well as live on site, which is a little more added security! I would strongly recommend them to any & everyone!”
