“Ive had a unit here for around 6 months now. Never had any issues. Really good customer service. I even lost my key once and the lady helped me get into my unit pretty quickly, i appreciated it a lot. The guy that works here is friendly and helpful too. Ill use this place until my needs for storage are over. They have an automatic payment option. Or you can pay over the phone or online i think. Their hours suck (they close at 6 pm, and are only open 4 hours on sat/sun) but it hasn't been a big deal. They have 3 loading docks and 2 elevators. I have to walk far to my unit but the prices couldnt be beat so its worth it.”

“Had a hard time at 1st unit, but thankfully then Cammi came to my rescue. She was able to switch units for me. Get everything all situated and even printed out some papers I needed. Cammi was very understanding and very considerate of all my needs.”

“We picked up the trailer and was asked to look for any damage which we did. Then I got in the car, he checked the lights in the back and we took off. When we got to my location to load up my storage unit, the whole back of the trailer was full of mud and piles of mud and empty dirty boxes. And then I noticed that one of the brake lights wasn't working.I have rented from them a few times and I've never had this problem”

“Updated review:Initially, I left a one star review because I had a really horrible experience that totally caught me off guard with an individual that answered the phone. I called to inquire about a last minute payment arrangement I had made with someone over the phone the previous day. My storage unit was set to go to auction the next day because of past due rent. Things have been really hard for me because I just lost my job in September. Unfortunately, my income was cut in half when I went on unemployment. Needless to say, I wasn’t experiencing the best of times as it was, eso this experience really hit me in the chest in a way it normally wouldn’t.Long story short, he was very condescending and rude, and made me feel even worse than I already felt about the hardship I was facing.Immediately after I left a review, I received a call from the district manager, Jen . She apologized sincerely and profusely. She then informed me that she was working with her team on some solutions that not only made me feel better about the bad experience I had, but won my business moving forward. Julie, the primary property manager at this location, worked with Jen to ensure I was taken care of to the greatest extent possible and now I’m relieved that I don’t have the urge to move out of that storage unit hanging over my head. Julie has not only said sorry, but she has demonstrated it though action in a manner that leaves no doubt that this was simply a one off experience, and that individual does not represent what the company stands for.”
