“First, I was greeted at the front office door (which was unlocked 10 minutes early for me). I was greeted by name. The entire check in process was awesome. I was able to change my reservation and get a ground floor unit which is what I needed. I was shown where to park and when I had to go for food, my moving truck (a 26 footer) was allowed to stay in the parking lot and was on camera so I didn't have to worry about it.
This was the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I highly recommend using this facility!”

“Ive had a unit here for around 6 months now. Never had any issues. Really good customer service. I even lost my key once and the lady helped me get into my unit pretty quickly, i appreciated it a lot. The guy that works here is friendly and helpful too. Ill use this place until my needs for storage are over. They have an automatic payment option. Or you can pay over the phone or online i think. Their hours suck (they close at 6 pm, and are only open 4 hours on sat/sun) but it hasn't been a big deal. They have 3 loading docks and 2 elevators. I have to walk far to my unit but the prices couldnt be beat so its worth it.”
“Just moved in transferring from one storage unit all the way across town closer to home to secure space and barely made it on time to get my unit number and Mary was ready to go home and she was kind enough to stay to get me set up so I wouldn't have to pay another day for my U-Haul”
“I did my rental totally on my phone. Had minimal contact with the two people that I saw working there, and they were running around like crazy trying to help the three other people who just walked in wanting to rent something. Unfortunately it’s the same old story, why hire three people when we can run two people ragged. Not always the best strategy for good customer service. So I’m probably being way too generous with my five star rating. At least I was in and out very easily.”
