“This is a review for the front desk staff, not the overall business. My rent was raised an astronomical amount, when I went in to speak to someone about my options, the front desk lady immediately put a hold on the rental increase for three months. I appreciated that. “You have a great guy in charge of your facility . Brenden - he is energetic and goes out out his way to help his customers. Has a great smile and an excellent demeanor. He is a great communicator , and makes you feel at home when when you are on site. I like going to my storage unit ,which I can’t say about other places I have been too. Brenden is a special employee , public storage should have Brenden train all future employees at all public storage facilities, He Know what customer service is all about!”

“Kelsey and Jerry were very helpful. They are thorough in explaining the process to enter and exit the storage areas my sister and I needed to rent recently. They were kind, attentive and courteous. The storage units are clean, secure and safe. When I brought a truck full of my sister’s contents to transfer into the storage units, Jerry was there cleaning the unloading bay. These folks take great pride in their work.”

“Super clean place, very safe, easy to get in and out of, and very rarely so busy that I couldn’t access one of the bays. When I no longer needed the space, it was super easy to close my account, and everyone was so friendly! I’d definitely use extra space again.”
“First, I was greeted at the front office door (which was unlocked 10 minutes early for me). I was greeted by name. The entire check in process was awesome. I was able to change my reservation and get a ground floor unit which is what I needed. I was shown where to park and when I had to go for food, my moving truck (a 26 footer) was allowed to stay in the parking lot and was on camera so I didn't have to worry about it.
This was the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I highly recommend using this facility!”

“I’m old school, preference is face to face , in person. Reserved online. Set up was quick and easy when I arrived. Guy at the desk was welcoming and friendly . Got a good unit.. forgot to purchase a lock on my way, they had one available for sale on the spot.. large unit large enough to store work supplies and smaller vehicles, actually looks like you could fit a minivan if it’s empty or packing things against the walls..”
“My girlfriend and I have been renting space for years (9+) from this location. the management and team are so wonderful. We have changed sizes of storage need on a couple different occasions as our family grew. They run a great place for all that is happening with the houseless and rodent problem in this area. Always clean and if you have any problems they definitely address it with the quickness. As long as they are there we will stay. We where going to change locations for storage because of previous management. But when this team was implemented we gave them a chance and then decided to stay. One amazing team they have there.”
“If you value security and cleanliness this is your place. The staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. Sadly, we gave up our unit after 18 years. I would 100% return if needed and I highly recommend.”

“I needed an RV parking space and was worried about making it to their office while I was driving home at 4:30 in the afternoon. They got me all set up over the phone while I was driving. The guy was super clear about the options, prices, availability, and was really nice. The guy sent me info via text and email so I never needed to go to the office or make it there before closing. Since they did all the work with a phone call I was able to enter the facility and park my new trailer without any hassles.”
“My experience with Extra SS has been exceptional from the start when I first signed a lease last year. I just downsized and moved locations, but stayed with ESS. Cody at the 68th, Tigard location explained in detail my options which led me to the location on Atlanta due to availability. Both facilities are spotless and easily accessible. I appreciate the extra security of passcode entry. Great service, location, and security.”
“This is the ABSOLUTELY BEST storage facility ANYWHERE! I will NEVER use another facility. I've had storage units with them for over 5 yrs now. The father & daughter that manage this place are heaven sent! There not like public storage (quick to auction off your belongings)! They know life happens.... & in my case, they were understanding & patient!!! The prices are great, the property is always clean, the location is great, the property is secure, & they do have a restroom on site. As well as live on site, which is a little more added security! I would strongly recommend them to any & everyone!”

“Been storing my stuff here for several years. I'm rating 4 because the staff is great and always friendly. Shawn went out of his way to help remove a charge when I moved from one storage to the next and I accidently used my old code to my previous unit before it was deactivated which led to another monthly charge on my old unit. The system wouldn't let him change it, so he went out of his way to contact district management to get the problem fixed and reverse the charges. He didn't have to, he just did. I would give 5 stars but the only thing I'm not real happy about is the prices increase every 6 months or so. So over time the unit price becomes more difficult to afford. Other than that, I appreciate the facility and how secure it is. Plenty of monitoring of use and cameras. I am worry free about my things being tampered with. I especially appreciate the climate controls and cleanliness inside.”
