I decided to visit the office at this location to ask why and start the move out process. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Lillian who listened to my concerns and explained why my rate increased. She also took time out of her day to find exactly what I was looking for because I needed a bigger unit anyway. She was able to find me exactly what I was looking for a great deal. The office staff was really helpful and communicative as needed. The unit was plenty of space for what we needed and at a better price than other options I'd seen. Access was easy and they have plenty of carts to load and unload stuff with, which were always available. I highly recommend A Storage Place in Clackamas!”

“First, I was greeted at the front office door (which was unlocked 10 minutes early for me). I was greeted by name. The entire check in process was awesome. I was able to change my reservation and get a ground floor unit which is what I needed. I was shown where to park and when I had to go for food, my moving truck (a 26 footer) was allowed to stay in the parking lot and was on camera so I didn't have to worry about it.
This was the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I highly recommend using this facility!”

“I needed an RV parking space and was worried about making it to their office while I was driving home at 4:30 in the afternoon. They got me all set up over the phone while I was driving. The guy was super clear about the options, prices, availability, and was really nice. The guy sent me info via text and email so I never needed to go to the office or make it there before closing. Since they did all the work with a phone call I was able to enter the facility and park my new trailer without any hassles.”

“Your rate will go up like any place that gets your stuff, but this is way less scammy than public storage, and seems fairly secure. I recommend it.
