  The staff in Rentals at Parkrose Hardware made it very easy to reserve a U-Haul Cargo Van, and Joe was also very helpful in checking the Van in. It's also nice that there is a U-Haul location at this West Linn Parkrose Hardware store so one does not have to travel a long distance to get a Van.

  From the ease of making arrangements online, to picking up and returning the equipment, the entire experience was "perfect". The agent at the location was courteous, professional and informative. The best experience I've had with U-Haul.
