“Having some issues getting package delivered to this post office due to usps delay. Not the post offices fault but wanted to leave a review here on the customer service. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite and understood the issue I was having and gave me info on what I could do. Great customer service with this post office compared to others I’ve tried contacting .”

“I understand why the workers are sometimes frustrated and grumpy; they have customers expecting them to do things that they should not be doing: giving out tape, leaving long lines to go look for a package making the customers in the long lines even more upset, giving out advice on what the customer should do when they don’t know the customer’s situation and then having the customer get upset if it’s not what they want to hear. Put yourself in their shoes; they have to often work by themselves with long lines of customers staring at them and wanting them to be faster. I found Lucas, once I got to know him, a very nice person. I made it my mission to say something nice to him every time I go there. A simple “hey there” or “I know you were waiting just for me” to “I hope you are having a good day” makes a world of difference. At Easter time, I made little candy bags for each worker (Mitch and Lucas) that work the counter and took them in to say thanks for what you do. I also left a larger bag of goodies for others to share. Be kind; YOU can make a difference. I even made Lucas smile.”
