“Top tier customer service by folks at Medford store. Elise was not only knowledgable, but uncompromising in her endeavor to make things just right. Ordered an item (cargo box) put on back order (REI wouldn’t just bring it from another store - pretty much a bad experience, and that order went into the ether, so ordered another identical one - neither have arrived, paid for two, want just one, still waiting) BUT Elise took charge by installing roof rack without the box, (now at least I can go buy a box elsewhere to go on roof) and she really put a human face on REI - great gal, just an excellent attitude. Thank you!!”
