While visiting friends my debit card developed a problem. Branch Manager Ms. Gomez was able to take control of the situation and within 24 hours I had a new debit card in my mailbox. She gave me the confidence that all would be well again. Thank you so much.

The atm machine needs servicing, it never allows me to deposit cash and it always kicks it back no matter what to bills are, at this point it would be better to change to rogue credit union as they keep up with maintenance on their machines

Answer your phones, for goodness sake! During working hours the phones automatically tell you tellers are busy and hangs up on you! I wanted to dispute a purchase on their app, but it says the dispute service is currently down. So I called and it automatically hangs up on me. Horrible customer service!
