“Don't try calling, there customer service sucks , if you need help just go to the branch, to many bs questions trying to verify who you are , just for one simple question about your account, and you say to call back and ask for a manager, why would I want to sit on hold for another hour or more you guys need to fix that. I will say I was impressed by the branch manager Wesley, personally reaching out to me to help me out .”

“I have had great experience with this bank. We did a HELOC with them. The manager, Nicholas, checks in with us, always remembers us, and is super helpful whenever I'm in. I highly recommend them. They also have great home mortgage options. I wasn't as happy with that process and the gal who did our loan (it isn't handled within this branch) but it all worked out in the end. I am a real estate broker and, having worked with a lot of lenders, I may be a little picky.”
