“I have been banking with US Bank ever since the recession caused by the big three banks. US Bank did not participate in causing the recession. I use them for almost all of my banking business now. When there is a charge for something that went wrong I have always been able to get it straightened out as soon as I go in. I also love their online banking system. And the account fees are eliminated or very low if you pay attention. Finally, the tellers are pleasant and courteous and a bank manager directed me to their CDs which pay good interest. I am very happy with this bank and this branch.”

“I have been a member of this credit union for 35 years, back when they were the Portland Teacher's credit union. They are definitely going through some growing pains, the phone line customer service is terrible, but you still get good service at the branch offices. I go to the Wilsonville office.”
“I have had great experience with this bank. We did a HELOC with them. The manager, Nicholas, checks in with us, always remembers us, and is super helpful whenever I'm in. I highly recommend them. They also have great home mortgage options. I wasn't as happy with that process and the gal who did our loan (it isn't handled within this branch) but it all worked out in the end. I am a real estate broker and, having worked with a lot of lenders, I may be a little picky.”
