Shannon was new, but she researched and communicated as much as she could about a variety of T Mobile services. “I love 7-11 Because you have the greatest..sweetest lady that works there .I believe her name is Coleen.My husband left his wallet home so I told home to go get it and She could hold me hostage.Cuz we had gotten Chilli Dogs slurpees A couple DVDs.This amazing lady actually paid out of her own pocket and told us I don't work tomorrow but I do the next day.It was so thoughtful.And especially to be so trusting.Thankyou again.We drove directly home and Back to Pay her .Always a Cheerful lady”
