My prospective turned around today and I received absolutely wonderful news from Oregon Tool (that was totally unexpected). Kind, conversational and intent on addressing my problem, Glenn was absolutely amazing. He quickly resolved my issue with a style and a sense of urgency you rarely see from any “Tech Support” phone call. Calling other Tech Service Representatives (from other manufactures), I often hang up, let down with double talk and blah, blah, blah; but, Oregon clearly isn’t in that category.
My problem resolved, clearly Glenn represents himself and Oregon Tool extremely well! I will continue to purchase Oregon Tools and encourage everyone we know to support them, they are simply the best.”

“Recently the Myrtle Creek Saw Shop started advertising repair of side by sides. My Kawasaki side by side which I bought used was having problems with its four-wheel drive working properly and was also badly out of alignment. They did a great job at a reasonable price of getting everything running great, better than it has for years. They even fixed the things that a Kawasaki dealer repair shop couldn't fix.”

“Always friendly quality service at our local dc co op locations. Winston especially so. Great hardware section for troublesome missing or specialty nuts and bolts. Decent amount of most things you might need farm, garden home repair related. without running all the way into Roseburg. Only gripe I have is their hours need some adjusting. At least on Saturday nights stay open till 8 or maybe 8 all the time durning summer . Closing at 6 is just a bad time. So 4 stars untill hours are better. They are open Sundays though. But it's those after work quick things I need in the summer months that no way 6 works”
