“Leaving this review for Julio. My partner just got back into town from living overseas the day before, and the car battery had died from being in storage. We had a battery and realized we didn't have the tools, so we went in to ask if we could borrow some. I asked about having it changed as I remembered auto stores can offer that. Julio said yes before we even realized that they typically don't do that if the battery is not purchased from the store, which we didn't think about because we were stressed. Before we even realized it, Julio was outside in the hot sun, changing it for us. My partner purchased something to try to get money to tip him but was told that wasn't allowed by management, so we wanted to leave this review for Julio as he went above and beyond to help us out. Thanks, Julio, for caring and helping to ease our stress!?”
