“Went in for a power steering pump replacement and valve seal gasket replacement. The parts I had on hand did not work for my car, however, Willamette Auto Repair ordered the parts quickly and got the repairs done fast and at an absolutely reasonable price. They also noticed my bearings in my tire were shot and were able to get those replaced quickly. I will be taking any issues I have in the future to Willamette Auto Repair, and I HIGHLY suggest anyone who needs work done to their vehicles do the same. Thank you so much Willamette Auto Repair!”

“I had battery problems. Not sure what was the problem. They worked me in and ran a test. They told me I needed a new alternator and could work me in the next day. I dropped off my car for repairs. A few hours later I got a call that my car was ready. They discovered it was not the alternator, just a short in the ground wire. I was thrilled to save tha money.
All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rusty and Henry were helpful and gave great service. This place was recommended and I will continue to do business with them. Thank you for your great service and for all the great staff. 5 stars for sure.”
“I live in Indiana and bought an F150 for a very good price from here and had it shipped from Oregon. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from an out of state dealership can be very nerve-racking. But Niko did an awesome job making this process go smoothly! He sent me a video of him driving it and brought the truck to a mechanic (of my choosing) in town for an independent assessment. He also worked with me and the shipping broker on any modifications to the truck rack needed for shipping. He is very responsive and answers any and all questions and is not in any way pressuring. All of the dealership paperwork was handled seamlessly with the bank and the Indiana BMV received the title within 12 days of delivery and had no trouble transferring ownership to me. I am writing this review because I want to ensure anyone else who is purchasing a vehicle from here (especially from out of state) between the incredible prices and great customer service this place is a real gem.”

“This morning we got a flat tire and didn't have the tools to fix it ourselves, but luckily we were across from this location, and even though they were closed and only working on the cars in their shop, they were kind enough to take time out of their busy schedules to help with the tire!
We were already in a hurry and the flat tire didn't help, but thanks to the kind employees, we were able to make it to our destination on time!
We are grateful that they helped us!”
