“Took the Honda in because it sounded like grinding in the front brakes, but they didn't find the issue except when the brakes were replaced, grease should have been applied. They greased what was needed, said to see if that fixed it, it did to a point, still a little bit of noise but nothing like it was doing. For the most part it's quiet when braking. They didn't charge us for the service. Very reliable and trustworthy. Will recommend them to everyone we know.”

“We were here from Arizona visiting a friend. On the way up our rear brakes on our 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 were grinding. Helmer not only got us in right away but bent over backwards to help us. “Superior customer service! Yesterday I called and asked about used tires. They only had one in the size I needed, and I needed two. So I asked about the cheapest new tires that size. They gave me a great deal, which included installation, but they didn't have them in stock. I was concerned because I desperately needed the tires ASAP, and turns out they receive them the same day! They assured me they would have them by the afternoon. They called back when the tires came in, which was exactly when they said they would be.
I went in at their busiest time of day yesterday (Friday 5pm) and they made sure I was taken care of. Everyone was very friendly, and when they were done and I went to pay, I was told the tires have a warranty and that they offer free flat repair for those tires and whatnot as well. I paid exactly what I was quoted.
I've never been treated so warmly and friendly in a tire shop while still maintaining professionalism. It seems to be family owned, and it shows in the best way. I highly recommend them!”

“Was recommended to Rob by a friend who's used him on his Ford PSD and was very happy. I appreciated Rob's quick communication via text. Got setup for an appt (I was coming in from out of town), then a confirmation of the appt a few days ahead of time.
Once I dropped my rig off for the day, I told him I was walking to the local coffee shop and he graciously offered me a ride (his wife picked me back up, very kind). About an hour later I received a text update with info on my repairs and pics too. He even found a few unexpected things that needed addressing and took care of them quickly while my rig was there.
Back at the shop I was hugely impressed with his attention to detail, knowledge, helpfulness. Rob is HANDS DOWN my new Ford PSD mechanic. As I brought this rig over from the east coast and stopped at a few Ford PSD specialists on the way, none of them instilled the confidence I now have with Rob. THANK YOU ROB!”
“Few months back they did a radiator job on my b6s4 cabriolet Quattro, it was spraying coolant all on the passenger side glass. So far so good. They only charged less than $800 for an install which is pretty dam good considering the part itself was $350 ish. You need to get quoted yourself but for a sports car that is not bad at all. I have not had any coolant issues yet fingers crossed.”

I took my F150 for a repaired with a premium warranty that was able to used on the last day before expired.
They were able to open a work order to claim all my needed repairs
Also was able to get a dealers car to drive while they were working on my pick up truck, Free of Charge!!

“I live in Indiana and bought an F150 for a very good price from here and had it shipped from Oregon. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from an out of state dealership can be very nerve-racking. But Niko did an awesome job making this process go smoothly! He sent me a video of him driving it and brought the truck to a mechanic (of my choosing) in town for an independent assessment. He also worked with me and the shipping broker on any modifications to the truck rack needed for shipping. He is very responsive and answers any and all questions and is not in any way pressuring. All of the dealership paperwork was handled seamlessly with the bank and the Indiana BMV received the title within 12 days of delivery and had no trouble transferring ownership to me. I am writing this review because I want to ensure anyone else who is purchasing a vehicle from here (especially from out of state) between the incredible prices and great customer service this place is a real gem.”
