When I went to the dressing room, Michelle offered to grab some additional pants for me. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy more, she insisted they were such a good deal, and I ended up getting them!

“I typically don't find outlet stores to offer the best deals, but we like the Under Armour store. We made a stop at Gap on the way back to our car and were impressed by how nice and organized it was inside. My husband decided to purchase some jeans, as they were 40% off. The Associate who rung us up was so friendly and it's nice to see that some of today's youth still want to work. ;-) When we arrived home, I discovered that the jeans (2 pair) had rung up $10 higher, before the discount, than what was reflected on the price tag. I called the store and a very helpful individual by the name of Josh (I think?) simply took the barcode number from my receipt and refunded the overcharge. He then took the time to explain what had happened to cause the error and let me know he refunded an additional 5% discount for the mishap! It's a known fact, that a negative experience which is turned around, actually impacts a customer more positively than a flawless initial experience. Kudos to the Store Manager for hiring and properly coaching your staff! We will definitely return.”
