I never do this but today I do want to talk about it and prevent other people from going through the same thing that happened to me on Monday like every Monday boy looking to find something at half price and of course I found my purchase was 79.99 I had never bought so much that day alone I went home and I didn't take the time to check things because one of my children was in the hospital late until Tuesday night I did it and when I checked I realized that there was something marked blue on my receipt that was charged as Yellow color, that is, it wasn't half price. According to me, I had only bought everything with blue color. I realized that the price paper said yellow and the one holding it was blue. I have never paid so much for something used. I went to the store and told the child. with long hair who was a cashier who wanted to return that blouse because of that problem and he didn't tell me anything he just left with the blouse and called someone a person with short hair arrived Young man who only looked at the label he shook his head he was scared and tore it off of one and then he comes up to me and tells me that he can't give my money back because I changed the label. I told him seriously, it's not my fault that he made a mistake here and they just looked at each other scared. I asked him to speak to someone in Spanish. A very nice lady came. kind to help me and she told me that they said they couldn't return the money because I had removed the label, I said hey, they removed it and when she told them that and asked them where the label was, the young woman with short hair had already thrown it away. trash, the lady who spoke Spanish told them to look for it because she would tear it off if she wasn't going to pick it up and the girl took it out of the trash can and they gave me the blouse without the label because they took it off if it was mine because I would change the label yellow for a blue one and return it if they would give me half of what I had paid, which was 6.99, a lot of courage. I have always donated my clothes and those of my four children here and it really hurt me so much that they did this to me. I will never donate again. nothing here, always check your receipts and I really hope that the same thing never happens to anyone because it is not fair that because of a mistake by the person who puts the labels on you, you have a bad time I was always going to look for things but I feel that this time they made a serious mistake With me, I left this store crying with helplessness and anger and with my blouse without a tag that they themselves tore off, the lady who speaks Spanish told me that I could talk but if I have to talk to the same person who removed the tag it doesn't make sense, always check your receipts this time I did it because I thought I paid a lot when I had only grabbed things with the color blue which this week is the discount color I hope no one ever goes through this

Well supplied and orderly, but the prices are way too high for used items. Goodwill really should reconsider their pricing structure so it benefits everyone. Including the buyers.

I visit Goodwill stores pretty frequently from Salem to Portland and I've never came across prices this INSANE. Target furniture products are seen pretty regularly in Goodwills and I've never seen any of them over $60 - they had a desk for $130 which honestly is just ridiculous might as well buy it new. Also saw a used air purifier for $140 so I looked it up online and it retailed for $150. Who decides these prices?! What makes me upset is the fact that this part of town serves an underprivileged community and with these prices no one can afford to even shop here. So sad - do better!

Store was good I guess. Found some nice stuff. Staff ruined the whole experience. They are completely oblivious that they have costumers. In their own little world. I don't know what it is about the jewelry counter but I always have the worst luck trying to look at anything. I was really excited at first because there was a lot to see. I waited over 20 minutes trying to look at something, anything. Was ignored multiple times. never got the chance to look at the jewelry. Then went to check out and the cashier kept talking to his coworkers didn't even look at me. like I wasn't even there. I could go on and on but to sum it up. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Stuff is fine. Overpriced, but what goodwill isn't now a days. Thanks for listening to my rant. I never leave reviews for anything, but I seriously wanted to cry when I was walking out and I needed to vent all good now. Unfortunately probably won't return

Prices are way too high. Hope you’re paying your employees a minimum of $25 hourly. You make enough money off donations to provide a livable wage.

Today I spent about an hour in this store. I felt relaxed and happy to be there. Staff were friendly and helpful to me and to other customers. I look forward to my next visit.

I feel if you pay cash and have a reciept you should be able to get your money back and not credit, this is annoying,I mean there price es are already redicoulus high after people donate everything. ??

Overpriced junk. Seriously I can find things online for cheaper and um new!? I saw a toy kitchen there that was dirty for 70 bucks... I can buy one brand new on Amazon for that. Their toy selection is nasty they are broken and dirty and of course overpriced. A stained dress with a few snags in it should not be more than 12 bucks sorry.

I love goodwill and the stuff they have but really? Do they have to write with permanent marker right on the clothes? It's a reversible shawl but now I can only wear it one way. I really hope you guys can find a different way to do this.

Very disappointed. Wanted to pickup a swimming suit but if you can not try it on dressing rooms closed. I am not going to buy something without trying it on.

As I always say, when it comes to antique and second hand stores, I generally grade them on 1. Cleanliness, 2. Organization, 3. Attitude of the staff, 4. Pricing.I cannot hold them to having what I want when I get there, as they get what they get when they get it. ? They have no control over what inventory they have at any one time. That being said, I'm going to say that:Cleanliness: 3 of 5Organization: 4 of 5Attitude: 4 of 5Pricing: 2 of 5Overall, I'll give this store 4 out of 5 stars today. Pricing is the only hitch in the giddyup here, and I'm 90% sure that it is set by corporate headquarters, so I'm not going to hold that against this store during this review. Now I'm going to step up on my soap box and hope that Goodwill corporate is actually reading these reviews!Considering that the majority of their inventory is donated, Goodwill Industries is getting greedy. Yard sale merchandise at retail prices is not sustainable!About 50% of the people I see in the store are here because they cannot afford not to shop here.About 30% are here because we are "junkers": it's fun for us to find that bargain we didn't know we needed, but it's an awesome deal, we get our little endorphin rush and we go home happy. The last 20% are just plain cheapskates that refuse to pay retail for anything and will hit the "past date code grocery store" on their way home for tonights dinner.Corporate needs to learn that they are screwing the 50% that they were actually created to help; alienating the 20% who will start going to yard sales instead, even though it costs them more in fuel than it should; and taking away the fun us 30% are trying to have.Essentially, they are 100% screwing themselves in the end. ?Now, I'll climb back down & store my little soap box in the corner for my next blazing review. Thanks for making it this far. ??
