I want to say the entire crew was amazing.. GREAT customer service! I had a kind of strange situation and Francisco and Laura were incredible. They stayed late after closing for over an hour! They could have said sorry we’re closed but they were determined to help me.::And then a few days later I came in with same problem and they didn’t stop until they solved it for me. Can’t say enough about Tony Ariel (spelling?) and anyone else who helped! They were persistent until we got it figured out. Go here for phone needs. Seriously…and they should all get a raise and benefits and perks. Whatever it is they deserve something. I hope Corporate is listening??! Thank you everyone!!

Just wanted to buy a new phone, but wasn’t allowed to. I have 5 phones lines and the girl at the counter wouldn’t allow me to buy a new phone. Very rude service also. Thinking about switching phone companies. Been with Verizon for over 20 years. They really are in need of better customer service at the Woodburn Verizon store.

My husband went there to get a new phone and was helped by Tony C. Who went above and beyond to help him as well as offered him the verizon wifi trial. We were having problems getting our home computer to connect and he tried helping my husband over the phone though we still could not get it. He stopped by after work and helped us get it connected. To me that is customer service he went above and beyond to help us. Tony thank you. it's people like you that care about their jobs that keep customers coming back.

I was gonna change service but when I got online, they say they’re giving me a deal and give me information to go to a nearby store and I did everything he told me and found out that the person on the phone had lied to me but the person in the store was very helpful. Very courteous. I should’ve gone there in the first place you’re better off going to this Verizon store than ever dealing with Verizon online store. Staff deserve kudos they would keep your customers not the people that help you online.

The customer service at this Verizon went above and beyond anything we were expecting. Tony was amazing and answered any questions we had even though the store was super busy! Will definitely return here for any of our phone needs.
