“I had to run in for some water bottles before game today- I had some questions about the area and I asked the cashier, her name was Eileen, she was so pleasant and helpful. Nice store in terms of dollar trees, well stocked and organized, but most pleased with talking with such a nice person this morning”
“Clean, neat and organized despite high customer traffic. High traffic does mean frequently battling stock waiting to be put on shelves. Wait for second cashier sometimes means waiting too long in line.”

“I needed a telephone charging cord. I am 82 and have cancer and no home phone. The night time lady that works there was wonderful. She took time and helped me pick the right cord. I am so appreciative of her. Great customer service.”
“I just left the store having to go get something for emergency job at a job and typically just about any Dollar Store I go to these days is kind of a mess which I understand lack of help as a business owner. But I really need to get the store a shout out because not only was literally every single thing in the store stocked it was stocked beautifully and in order, employees were very easy to find for help which is normally a joke at the others. And best of all this store was spotless clean! All three employees present for their shift we're extremely helpful and pleasant and did not pass me without smiling- telling me have a good day leaving! Bravo dollar store employees for an outstanding easy to shop store and phenomenal customer service!”
“Always friendly faces. I miss the old people who used to work here but getting to know the new people. They r always so nice even the kid who will fallow u around the store. He trys to keep an eye out of anyone stealing . It's so funny cus I know what he's doing and he's bad at it. But this kid is so funny to talk to. He shops with me when I shop and make him crack up laughing every time. The people r so nice. Been shopping at that store from opening day. If u can't find something ask and they can even look in the back for u. They try hard to help. All great people. Now when the crazy people come in that stuff should go on Facebook. They get crazy people all the time. So funny to watch the freak outs. I just laugh and laugh Everytime. Always a show going on fr crazy people”

“I went to dollar General to drop off a FedEx pkg. Yes dollar General is a FedEx drop off location. 2 women walked in and 1 said "you can't ever buy just 1 item at a dollar General" I told the clerk that I can go to dollar General and actually buy 0 items. Ha ha. As I'm leaving I see this lion doll on my way out and it's 50% off. How do I pass that up. I end up buying not 1, not 2, but 3 items before I leave. Guess that woman was right. You can not buy just 1 item at dollar general even when you go with no intention of buying anything. Darn you dollar General!”

“Love this family dollar. Good place to stop on the way home, conveniently located right near the new oxford square and pass it every day going to York or heading to Gettysburg. Way bigger then some of the other family dollars so it has a lot more options to choose from. I will be returning to this family dollar and recommend that you do too.”

“Edit: changed to 4 stars. They had HVAC repaired the afternoon after numerous ppl called district manager. Still haven't heard about my melted goods. Staff is VERY friendly, they earned the stars, minus one for corporate.
Hey Dollar General corporate!!! What the heck! Your store AC is broken for almost two weeks now. It's literally 100 degrees inside the store. The chocolate bars are literally melting and drooping off the shelves. I bought two boxes of snacks there last night, the 29th, and they were completly melted in the box and their wrappers. You have employees working full shifts in a hot box! This is ridiculous! Pay the emergency call bill for HVAC to come out and fix it. Or at the very least get some commercial grade fans to vent the place. I'll be calling the DM tomorrow and I'll be rallying anyone I can to as well until you get our friendly DG employees that we see every day a cooler place to work in.”
