We had a fairly complicated money distribution request & the gentleman basically demonstrated a master class of professionalism & engaging customer care in explaining the process. Kudos to FCU for their service.

An okay experience, they are so quick to say we don't do that anymore and point to a kisosk. That didn't work. I understand fast environment but they need to remember the elderly don't come from a kisok generation.

I had a bad experience with this institution years ago. I hope that they are better now. They was a theft where my was taken out of my account. Never was compensated. .
